From humble beginnings cooking family
meals, I knew at a young age culinary was my passion.
After working in local restaurants for several years I
knew being a chef was my career path. I started my
apprenticeship with the Ministry of Skilled Trades and
completed my training at Fanshawe College. I am
currently the Jr. Sous Chef at the Clocktower Bistro in
Strathroy. I enjoy preparing and cooking wholesome
dishes using a variety of cooking methods, ingredients
